I had this dream the night of 7/27 I believe. The dream was about a CG movie about a bunch of superheroes. Think "The Incredibles." There was a band of superheroes, including the following: *A giant ape(sort of like The Incredible Hulk) *A super patriotic superhero(Like Captain America) *His 13 year old sidekick *A demon boy(funny bit--he came out of the closet halfway through the dream) *And a super strong guy, like Mr. Incredible. Anyway, in the dream, a mad scientist had stolen the sidekick's girlfriend. The superheroes infiltrated the base and managed to save the poor girl, but she had her memory erased by the evil scientist (who took off after realizing he couldn't beat the heroes. In the last scene, the super patriotic guy and the sidekick were flying off on these levitating surfboard type contraptions, sort of like the Silver Surfer. They were trying to track down the evil scientist. They ended with the tag line, "Tune in next week. Same super time. Same super channel." Obviously an allusion to Batman. I thought they were just being humorous, but Yuichi looked up that they had launched a T.V. show based on the movie. The T.V. show was going to be a spinoff of the film, with the film used to help launch the show. A clever piece of marketing, if I do say so myself.
