in many cases the uploader media doesn't work in good conditions. I have many problems to upload videos (wmv in small sizes)and small jpg pics.

I cannot see a forum on this site, so that I can ask for help.
I am having some issues with text formatting in the editing program of my blog.
For example, I cannot make a text bold, Italic or different size from the drop dowm menu of the editor.
Though, when I "Click" on the view, I can see the changes but when I view my blog, the texts remaine on the default format.
Can anyone help?
